The desired velocity range is achieved for more than 95% outlet openings in sub branches of ducting. The multiple iterations of CFD cases were performed (by making changes in the duct opening size, addition of guide vanes, closing some outlet points in shop floor area as per recommendations) to achieve desired velocity at ducting outlet openings and reduce static to deliver the same.Suggest design changes such as addition of vanes to improve the flow distribution.To determine the flow behaviour of air through different sections of HVAC ducting.The objective of this project is to perform a CFD analysis to determine following performance parameters as given below: Detailed design analysis of HVAC ducting was performed & whole ducting network was optimized by implementing various changes in the design Various components of the ducting network can be optimized and validated based on their performance assessment.
